Raanana Municipality plans to rent dozens of private parking lots in the city center to increase the parking spaces for residents.

The Raanana Municipality continues to work to increase the parking spaces in the city center. They “called” on all owners of parking lots in the city center to submit proposals to the municipality. Through this “call”, the municipality intends on renting dozens of private parking spaces. This will increase the total amount of parking spots for the citizens and guests of Raanana.

Increasing the amount of parking spots in the city center of Raanana will allow visitors to make their purchases in the city center easily and quickly. Without much need to search for parking. It will also help local business owners and will promote trade on Ahuza Street.

The “call” refers to the many private parking lots and parking lots located in the city center on the Ahuza area. (From Bar Ilan Street in the west to Kazan Street in the east.).

The municipality will rent the parking spaces from the owners of the parking. And will make them available to the city’s residents and guests. They will do this in accordance with a parking arrangement that was decided by the municipality.: Sunday to Thursday, between 8:00 and 20:00, and on Friday between 8 : 00 to 14:00.

Haim Broida, the Mayor of Raanana said:
