Following the death of Mahmoud Altos an employee in the “Soho on the Park” project in Bet Shemesh activists from the Circles of Justice movement arrived at the scene of the accident and set up a memorial and protest exhibit with a photo of the victim.
.The Circle of Justice movement went on a memorial and protest action at the construction site in Beit Shemesh. where the death of Mahmoud Altos took place
Activists did so in protest on the great carnage that exists in the construction industry in Israel. 7 killed in the last month and a half alone. And 21 killed since the beginning of the year.
This action is designed to create public awareness. It is also designed to show how the public feels mentally. And to highlight the heavy price of the lack of supervision of safety in the construction industry in Israel.

“We call on the Minister of Economy. Orna Barbayi. and her deputy. Yair Golan. To take responsibility for the issue. And to make sure that this week’s death (the death of Mahmoud Altos) is the last death in the deadly industry”
